Our Client has a requirement for an experienced Offshore Methods Lead to work on a contract basis in the North East of England.
Role Purpose:
- Ensure that all landfall preparations meet the requirements of the project and support the operations execution
- Ensure efficient, safe and timely execution of 3rd party activities with respect to the project schedule
- Interface with client and ensure client requirements are maintained
Job Role Responsibilities:
- Report to a Project Operations Manager on the project
- Coordinate mobilisation, engineering and operational activities and ensure deliverables are produced in line with project HSE and installation requirements
- Take responsibility for the scope of work, including final issue of relevant documents, including drawings
- Manage the performance of the subcontracted work scope
- Participate in risk management to ensure operational risks are at the ALARP principle
- Ensure onsite and offshore operations are performed according to agreed procedures
Experience / Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications:
- Managing Landfall subcontractors
- Experience of mobilisation of landfall operations
- Experience of shore-pull and wire lay activities
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
